The Invisible Ingredient?

Why does the Media Choose to Ignore Reality? Because they believe that Perception is Reality. Of Course, they create the "perception" they want you to believe is real. So, what is the Invisible Ingredient? Exposing the truth of what they do! Of course, that's just ONE topic. There are many more!

GOD: What is this creature? Who is it? What is it?

The Book of GOD exposes this Divine Being! It explains who it is, what it is, and why it is!

"Real Men"

“I must say, I've never seen a book about God or men that grabs your attention faster in one chapter than this book does.” Martin Bracewell, "Author of This Isn’t Normal"

How We Care For Employees In The Workplace

How We Care For Employees In The Workplace

Below is some general information about our approach to caring for the needs of people in the Entertainment Industry.  For more information on our employment screening and selection process, please visit the Join Us page.  Basically, the process is as follows:
  • We make a presentation to the individual looking for chaplain assistance, or the Corporate owner or Officer who decides to proceed with providing a chaplain for their employees
  • We begin the process to recruit, hire, and train the best possible candidate(s) to fit the person or the culture of the organization
  • Recruits go through a multi-phase interview process
  • Once a suitable candidate has been selected, they are processed through our training process
  • We map out a strategy to orient the client and/or the company's employees to the chaplaincy program
  • Orientations are conducted by The Entertainment Industry Chaplains in a manner keeping with the culture of the client company and/or the needs of the person requesting chaplain care
  • The new chaplain(s) begins making weekly rounds with the client company, or begins regular mutually agreed process with the individual
  • The new chaplain(s) will be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any crises
  • For Corporations, Monthly Activity Reports will be generated for the leadership of the client company
  • Periodic reviews will be conducted by The Entertainment Industry Chaplains with the client company/or individual to ensure the most effective outcome

Chaplain Assistance Program vs. Employee Care Program

A few things to consider before placing a chaplain on your staff as a company employee
The chaplain should always be an independent third party. There are many potential liability pitfalls that surround having a company employee as a chaplain. The company should never place itself in the position where the employees think that the chaplain could be compelled to break confidentially by a superior at the company. The company should view the chaplain as an independent contractor capable of being objective and private in the context of employee relationships. Other matters to consider include how the company will recruit, train, and manage the chaplain. Additionally, how will the company deal with continuing education training, and who will be there when the chaplain needs somebody?

The Entertainment Industry Chaplains

The Entertainment Industry Chaplains
Providing love and care for Industry workers world-wide

............................
"I once heard profit is the applause you get for taking care of customers
and your people." ~ Ken Blanchard, The One Minute Manager

"You can buy a person's hands, but you can't buy his heart.
His heart is where his enthusiasm, his loyalty is."
~ Stephen Covey

By establishing a network of chaplains, we serve people in crisis and trauma support, in sickness and in health. Our purpose is to put a chaplain in every community so as to bring hands on encouragement and support for entertainers, support staff and venues. We also install and support chaplain programs across globally.
Partner with us by becoming a Chaplain.
 __________
We provide both individuals and companies, both small and large, with a proven and pro-active approach in the personal care and well being of their employees.

We do this in the form of a Chaplain Assistance Program (CAP).

We provide a “hands-on” approach that cares for the emotional, spiritual and social needs of individuals, a company’s employees and their families. Our emphasis is holistic in nature, we believe in caring for the whole person: heart, body, mind and spirit.

We believe that companies don’t hire employees; they hire human beings that are living through real human experiences that often, need a real human touch. A caring word, a listening ear or a compassionate smile can make all the difference in the world. When people are cared for and nurtured they experience growth in their capacity to be present to and more fully engaged in their work, in a more caring, creative and effective way. Isn't that what every company wants, to obtain "the best" from their people?...for everyone it is a win-win!

We invite you to consider partnering with us to care for you, and the heart of your company, your people. Let us help you care for them.
